2 Hour Minimum (3 for initial clean)
- Dusting of all surfaces
- Full bathroom clean
- Full kitchen clean (outside appliances & cupboards, inside the microwave)
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- Dust baseboards
*All areas must be free from large amounts of clutter.
*This option can also offer a continual schedule of weekly or biweekly!

Deep Clean
$45/hour
4 Hour Minimum
- Wipe down of all surfaces
- Full bathroom clean
- Full kitchen clean ( outside cupboards & inside microwave)
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- Baseboards, doors & window frames.
- Walls & doors
- Windows
- Blinds (upon request and cannot be guaranteed)
- Under furniture (excluding those with electronics or isn't easily moved)
- Light fixtures (if accessible, we do not remove)
*All window screens must be out
*All areas must be free from large amounts of clutter.

Move In/Out Clean
$50/hour
6 Hour Minimum
- Wipe down of all surfaces and funriture
- Full bathroom clean
- Full kitchen clean (including inside appliances & cupboards)*
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- Baseboards, door & window frames
- Walls & doors
- Light switches
- Windows & blinds (blinds cannot be guaranteed)
- Light fixtures (if accessible)
* Home MUST be empty for this clean.
*All window screens must be out.
* We do not clean self cleaning ovens.
* Fridge and cupboards must be empty.
*No quotes or estimates provided, we clean to a finish.
Construction Clean

Initial clean
- Clean up of all initial gyprock dust and other construction mess
- Wipe down of any and all surfaces
- Walls, doors, windows
- Baseboards, door and window frames
- Light fixtures
- Clean up of any left over materials
- Garbage disposal
- Initial mop
Final Clean
- Wipe down of all surfaces
- Final window clean (with squeegee)
- FInal mop
- Bathrooms (if present)
- Wax and seal floors

Airbnb Clean
$40/hour
2 Hour Minimum
- Laundry
- Dishes/dishwasher
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen (including inside appliances when needed)
- Spot check all walls, door, frames
- Windows
- Dusting
- Vacuum/mop all floors
- Empty and rebar garbages
- Refill/restock soaps, etc
- Remake beds and restock/fold linens
- Make host aware of any airbnb issues or replenishment needs.
